Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CampaignFactory, a B2B sales platform operated by Goat Stone B.V. ("CampaignFactory," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

CampaignFactory is a modular sales suite: outbound email composition, email-address inference, news/trigger signals, stakeholder mapping, and meeting-briefing tools, sharing one data spine. Modules are sold standalone or bundled; which modules your organization can use is governed by your subscription (see Billing, below).

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• Each organization workspace has one or more members; an organization owner or admin can invite, remove, and manage the permissions of other members.

Connected accounts (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar)

CampaignFactory lets you connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or Google Calendar account so that campaign emails send from your real address and meeting briefs can be prepared ahead of real meetings. Exactly what data we access through these connections, and why, is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from Settings.

Your data and content

• You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in CampaignFactory, including lead and contact lists, email content, and notes ("Customer Data").
• You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people in any lead or contact list you import, and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data protection laws (including GDPR and, where applicable, CAN-SPAM) for every email CampaignFactory sends on your behalf.

AI-generated content

CampaignFactory uses AI models to draft emails, research summaries, and meeting briefs. These drafts are starting points, not verified facts — you are responsible for reviewing and approving every email before it sends, and for the accuracy of anything you choose to send. We work to keep AI-generated research grounded in real, verifiable sources, but you should not treat any AI output as guaranteed accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CampaignFactory to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law.
• Scrape or import data obtained in violation of a third party's terms of service.
• Attempt to circumvent entitlement or billing controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its underlying infrastructure.

Billing and subscriptions

• New organizations receive a 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card details directly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, access to the affected module(s) becomes read-only until payment is resolved — your data is never deleted for a billing issue alone.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above, after reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, your data is retained and then deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CampaignFactory is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify account owners by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
